Interval International Expands Global Exchange Network with OWN Montevideo Resort in Uruguay

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 16, 2013-- Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq: IILG), announced the addition of OWN Montevideo, a condo-hotel in the bustling capital city of Uruguay. This property is part of the OWN Hotels Group, known for its sophisticated modern design, personal service, and state-of-the-art technology that enhances the guest experience.

Scheduled for completion next spring, OWN Montevideo will feature 44 suites with views of the Río de la Plata. Each unit will have sleek, minimalist décor that mixes hardwood floors with modern furnishings in bright colors. Among the planned on-site amenities are a restaurant and bar, gym, hot tub, swimming pool, sky deck and outdoor terrace.
