Interval Leisure Group (NASDAQ: IILG) will release its second quarter
2012 financial results after the market closes on Tuesday, August 7,
2012. Interval Leisure Group will also host a related conference call
beginning at 4:30 p.m. ET that same day, accessible via telephone and
the Internet.
Craig M. Nash, chairman, president, and chief executive officer of
Interval Leisure Group, and William L. Harvey, chief financial officer,
will review the company’s second quarter financial results. Following
